PREPARE FOR TROUBLE! AND MAKE IT DOUBLE!

So, Virus and Trip! First of all, there is one thing that makes me curious about these two: I see a lot of people (myself included) talking about how bad Mink route was and how much they dislike him because of the way he treated Aoba. Virus and Trip seem to be pretty popular though and they are even worse to Aoba than Mink was, so I don’t quite get it…Is it a matter of character design, maybe? LOL It got me curious

Anyway, to get their bad ending and be one step closer to that congratulations cg, make the choices below:

  • Shake her off
  • Protect Ren
  • Not really
  • Are you a magician?
  • Fight back
  • I hear someone on the stairs
  • No way
  • Call out to Noiz
  • Don’t listen to him
  • Hold Ren
  • Call out to him
  • Hurry inside
  • Open bag
  • Peek at what Noiz is doing
  • Search for Clear
  • Approach Koujaku
  • Hesitate to listen
  • I feel sorry
  • Feel very relieved
  • Answer Ren
  • Get Flustered
  • Use the power
  • I don’t have the energy to hold out

Dramatical Murder Noiz Walkthrough

Virus and Trip story:

Virus and Trip work for Toue and are the leaders of Morphin. They are the ones who convinced Mizuki to combine his team, Dry Juice, and Morphin, so they could execute their kidnapping plans to draw Aoba and force him to use Scrap.

Dramatical Murder Ren Walkthrough

Back when Aoba used to play Rhyme, Virus and Trip became his “fans” because they enjoyed to see how he could break people’s mind with scrap (they are such sweethearts). Intrigued by this ability, they started an investigation of their own and discovered the truth behind Aoba, that he was a genetic engineered child programmed to dominate others with his voice. They didn’t want Toue to find Aoba because they wanted Aoba just for themselves, so they erased his memories of Rhyme and scrap hoping that if he laid low, Toue would have better things to do than to look for some baby he lost 23 years ago. Guess this plan was a flop lol

My take on it:

spyed10:

I know there are several guides already which explain how to start up a character’s route, but most of them seem vague and misunderstand what choices actually affect which route you get. So I made a quick guide on how the routes are calculated, and how you can make all four routes available at the same time in the ‘thinking’ scene.

Disclaimer: This walkthrough does not include Ren’s route nor the extra choices that appear once Ren’s route becomes available.

.

1. How the routes are calculated

First of all, how does the game calculate which route you are given? Well, the routes work on a kind of point system. The game starts on the common route, during which you are given thirteen different choices. Each choice has two possible answers, and each answer can earn you a point towards which character’s route you will end up on (once the common route is finished).

At the end of the common route, the character with the most ‘points’ is the one whose route you’ll continue onto. If two or more characters have the same amount of points, then you are given the choice of which route to take by ‘thinking of [character name here]’.

The number of points you have for each character can be found by opening up the menu. They appear as coloured dots, next to the brain. Red is Koujaku’s, green is Noiz’s, pink is Mink’s and yellow is Clear’s. As you can see, in the picture below, I currently have three points for Clear. At this rate, I am going to be automatically put on Clear’s route.

.

2. Where to earn the points

Here is every choice in the game, along with how the two different answers affect which route you are given.

  • Choice 1: Shake her off (Nothing) / Hesitate (+1 for Koujaku)
  • Choice 2: Why the umbrella? (+1 for Clear) / Are you a magician? (Nothing)
  • Choice 3: Fight back (Nothing) / You brat! (+1 for Noiz)
  • Choice 4: I hear someone on the stairs (+1 for Koujaku) / I hear someone on the roof (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 5: Talk it out (+1 for Noiz) / No way (Nothing)
  • Choice 6: Call out to Koujaku (+1 for Koujaku) / Call out to Noiz (+1 for Noiz)
  • Choice 7: Don’t listen to him (Nothing) / I have to bear with this (+1 for Mink)
  • Choice 8: Call out to him (Nothing) / Be patient (+1 for Mink)
  • Choice 9: Hurry inside (+1 for Mink) / Did you really hear me? (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 10: Go up to Noiz (+1 for Noiz) / Peek at what Noiz is doing (Nothing)
  • Choice 11: Search for Clear (Nothing) / Call Clear’s name (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 12: Fight Koujaku’s enemies (+1 for Koujaku) / Approach Koujaku (Nothing)
  • Choice 13: Hesitate to listen (Nothing) / Listen to Mink (+1 for Mink)

.

3. How to make all four routes available at the same time

So, in order to have all four route options appear, you need all of the characters to have the same amount of points. There are likely multiple methods of doing this, but mine was the following:

Dramatical murder walkthrough
  • Choice 1: Hesitate (+1 for Koujaku)
  • Choice 2: Why the umbrella? (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 3: You brat! (+1 for Noiz)
  • Choice 4: I hear someone on the roof (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 5: Talk it out (+1 for Noiz)
  • Choice 6: Call out to Koujaku (+1 for Koujaku)
  • Choice 7: I have to bear with this (+1 for Mink)
  • Choice 8: Be patient (+1 for Mink)
  • Choice 9: Did you really hear me? (+1 for Clear)
  • Choice 10: Go up to Noiz (+1 for Noiz)
  • Choice 11: Search for Clear (Nothing)
  • Choice 12: Fight Koujaku’s enemies (+1 for Koujaku)
  • Choice 13: Listen to Mink (+1 for Mink)

This method gives every character three points, and causes all of their routes to become available in the ‘thinking’ scene.

Dramatical Murder Walkthrough #86 Noiz

Having all four routes available at the same time is helpful, as you can now easily access all of them without having to re-play the common route. Simply make a save file there and come back to it each time.
